Another week, another day in crypto. The market is priming for another move up and Altcoins are waking up. Worldcoin ($WLD), the eyeball-scanning crypto project, has been surging after fintech company Eightco Holdings announced plans to add it to their corporate treasury. While the NASDAQ announces plans to allow Tokenized security trading.

The big question on everyone’s mind, is the era of the memecoin ETF about to begin? This week could mark a historic milestone for Dogecoin as the Rex-Osprey DOGE exchange-traded fund ($DOJE) is expected to launch in the U.S. This could be the spark that pushes Dogecoin to the long-awaited $1 mark.

On the Solana side, the fastest-growing blockchain continues to capture attention. Galaxy Digital recently launched new tokenization initiatives with its Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) built on Solana, highlighting the chain’s strength as the go-to platform for speed, scalability, and real-world adoption.

Don’t get sidelined. Lock In 🔒️ 
Fun fact: people participating in the Great Lock In are trying to get their lives in order between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31. There are 90M posts on TikTok about this.

🛑 Protect your crypto from scams

As Bitcoin hits new highs and attention grows, scams including phishing, fake NFT giveaways, and AI-generated deepfakes are proliferating. Platforms like X, Telegram and TikTok are vectors for these schemes, underscoring the importance of user vigilance. Steps on how to protect your portfolio.

Remember: Coinbase, Binance, or any legit exchange will never call, text, or DM you asking for passwords, seed phrases, or to send funds. 

• 🚫 No exchange will ever call, text, or DM you.

• ✅ Use an authenticator app (not SMS) for 2FA.

• 🗝️ Store seed phrases offline, never in email or cloud. Write it down.

• ⚠️ Avoid clicking random “airdrops” or investment links on X/Telegram.

• 🕐 Scammers push urgency - slow down and verify.

• 📱 Do no click on QR codes from YouTube.

Protecting your keys and staying skeptical is the best defense.

💵 Spotting beta plays - a case study

What exactly is a beta play? Think of it as investing in Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola because you believe Pepsi has more growth potential. That’s how it works in the stock market. In crypto, the concept is similar: you look for an alternative project with strong fundamentals or upside potential that could outperform the larger, more established one.

Let’s go through an example. I noticed in the Recently Added' section in Coin Gecko that a coin called $SWTCH rose more than 28%. Why?

If we investigate, Switchboard is in the Oracle category where the leader LINK is a 15 BILLION dollar coin. Switchboard has a 25 MILLION market cap. But we cannot stop the investigation there.

Here are some other questions to think about:

• What is the true Fully Diluted Valuation?

• Are all the tokens circulating?

• Have all the tokens been released?

• What is the x verse saying?

• Any partnerships?

• Who is on the team?

• What is the roadmap?

• And more due diligence…

This is just one of the powerful strategies we break down in our 1-on-1 sessions.
